Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on regular medication do not always need to see their doctor for a repeat prescription but can telephone on 01647 433320 pressing option 2 and leaving their request on the answer service(avoiding Mondays) or use the form on the left to order online, please allow 48 hours notice to dispense your prescription.

You do need to see the doctor from time to time for checks first, but providing it is in order to issue a repeat, your prescription can be forwarded direct to the local chemist from where you may collect the medication.

If you wish your prescription to be posted to you or you would like to collect it from another chemist other than C & W Mee Chagford or Moretonhampstead Pharmacy then please supply a stamped addressed envelope.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO ORDER YOUR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS EARLY SO YOU DONT RUN OUT OVER THE CHRISTMAS /NEW YEAR PERIOD. CALLING OUT OF HOURS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS PUTS A HUGE DRAIN ON THE OUT OF HOURS RESOURCES. SO REMEMBER RING US IN PLENTY OF TIME.

Prescriptions Charges and Exemptions
