Free, safe and anonymous online support for students

Your named GP

All practices are required to provide a named GP for each patient. You will be advised of your named GP when you register with the practice. Your named GP can also be found on your repeat medication slip. Also patients who have a registered mobile will receive a text message identifying their named GP before end of March 2016.

Whilst practices are required to provide a named GP, you are free to see the GP of your choice. You can make an appointment with any GP Monday-Friday you do not have to wait until your named GP is working in the practice.
