Self-referral: Patients can self-refer via the Sleepstation website (https://www.sleepstation.org.uk/start-now/) or by calling 0333 800 9404. You will complete some initial screening questions and, if suitable, will be able to register as an NHS patient. The Sleepstation NHS admin team will collect the necessary information from yourself (Name, GP practice, DOB) to verify the self-referral. When verified, you will be notified and can then start the online assessment. This process doesn't usually take more than two working days. The process from this point reflects the process for clinical referrals.
